By submitting your information and subscribing to The Landing Guide Directory, you agree to the following terms and conditions:


1. Listing Content

  • You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information (business name, contact details, website, logo, description, etc.).

  • The Landing Guide reserves the right to edit or decline listings that are misleading, inappropriate, or not relevant to our audience.


2. Fees & Payment

  • Directory placement is billed according to the selected subscription plan (monthly or yearly).

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled in advance.

  • All payments are non-refundable once the listing has gone live.


3. Listing Visibility & Placement

  • Your business will appear in the category/categories chosen during onboarding.

  • Placement order may vary depending on package level, featured upgrades, or promotions.

  • The Landing Guide does not guarantee specific lead volume or sales.


4. Marketing & Promotion

  • By joining, you grant The Landing Guide permission to feature your business (logo, name, and description) in promotional materials including newsletters, social media, and partner campaigns.

  • Any additional promotion beyond your listing tier will require separate agreement.


5. Conduct & Compliance

  • Listings must comply with applicable laws and industry standards.

  • Businesses must not misrepresent products/services, infringe on third-party rights, or use offensive or discriminatory content.

  • The Landing Guide may suspend or remove a listing without refund for violations of these terms.


6. Support & Changes

  • Email support is available for all directory partners.

  • You may request updates to your listing at any time via the onboarding form or by contacting support.

  • The Landing Guide reserves the right to modify these terms with notice.


7. Liability

  • The Landing Guide is not liable for business outcomes, customer disputes, or loss of revenue arising from your listing.

  • Our role is to provide visibility and connection, not to act as an intermediary in transactions.
