Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

These Affiliate Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the affiliate program ("Program") offered by The Landing Guide ("we", "us", or "our"). By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older and have a valid PayPal account (or another approved payment method) to participate. We reserve the right to approve or deny any affiliate application at our sole discretion.

2. Commission

Affiliates earn 20% commission on each qualifying sale made through their unique referral link.
A qualifying sale is defined as a completed purchase of the London Starter Kit made through your affiliate link with no refunds issued.

3. Payouts

Commission payouts are made on the 1st of each month, with a 14-day delay to account for potential refunds or chargebacks.
Payments are made via PayPal or another method we approve. You are responsible for ensuring your payment details are up to date.

4. Affiliate Conduct

By participating, you agree to:

  • Only promote the product honestly and ethically

  • Not misrepresent your relationship with The Landing Guide

  • Not run paid ads using our brand name or impersonate us in any way

  • Not offer unofficial discounts, coupons, or bonuses that we haven’t approved

We reserve the right to revoke your affiliate status at any time if you breach these terms.

5. Tracking and Attribution

We use cookies to track referrals. Cookies are valid for 30 days, meaning if someone purchases within 30 days of clicking your link, you’ll receive credit. If a customer clears cookies or uses a different device, tracking may not apply.

6. Termination

You can leave the program at any time by contacting us. We may also remove affiliates at our discretion for inactivity, misuse, or breach of terms. Final commissions will be paid out if due.

7. Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. If we do, we’ll notify you via email. Continued participation in the program after changes means you accept the new terms.

8. Legal & Tax

You are responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on income earned through the Program. We do not withhold taxes on your behalf.
